Jay-Z has filed to trademark ‘the twins’ for his champagne brand

According to reports by Mailonline, , Jay-Z has applied to trademark ‘Les Jumelles d’Armand de Brignac’, in November.

The 48-year-old rapper filed for a trademark for his champagne company, Ace of Spades, which pays tribute to his double arrival of his twins.

The application, made by his lawyer Afschineh Latifi, lists the translation of ‘Les Jumelles’ as ‘the twins’.

Jay-Z bought the luxury brand Armand de Brignac 2006 - nicknamed Ace of Spaces after its company logo.

The Brut Gold – in a distinctive gold bottle – retails around $300 for a 750ml bottle.
